Mr. Haines specializes in the areas of estate planning and administration, charitable planning, business transactions, and federal and state income tax matters. He has extensive experience in tax sensitive estate planning including, will drafting, revocable trusts, insurance trusts, and charitable trusts.
Bob Haines received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Princeton University in 1961 and his LL.B. from the University of Virginia in 1967. He earned his LL.M. in taxation from New York University in 1975 and is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Tax Court.
Bob is a member of the American College of Tax Counsel, the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Committee on Government Submission of the American Bar Association's Section of Taxation.
